Viruses and misuse of our Website

Law and jurisdiction

Your use of this Website is subject to the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of such use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts unless you are a resident of Northern Ireland (in which case you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland) or Scotland (in which case you may also bring proceedings in Scotland).

Management Fees

Management charges may vary across each of our developments and can also vary depending on the type and size of the property, for more information please speak to our sales executives.

Bewley Aspire Range cancellation and refund policy

Should the reservation be cancelled by either party within 28 days of receipt of payment a full refund will be issued, after the 29th day this will be reduced to a 50% refund and after day 42 no refund will be issued.

Reservation Refund Policy

Should the reservation be cancelled the processing administration refunds will be between 7 and 10 days, the payment will be made back to the original card of the reservation payment.

Offer/Incentive T&Cs;

Bewley Bond –  Terms and conditions of the Bewley Bond. The Bewley Bond is not offered on all developments and is only available on selected plots and cannot be used on more than one home or multiple sites. We reserve the right to decline reservations on the Bewley Bond scheme where the home of choice is due to be finished before 6 months from the reservation.  New valuations by 3 estate agents are required on your property within the first 5 days following reservation and access must be given.  The property will need to be marketed or part exchanged within 10 days from the reservation and the selling price must be based on the recommendations of the independent agent reports.   Your £500 deposit (£1,000 at Wilton Park Only) is fully refundable up until a Bewley contract is issued to your solicitor at which point it will form part of the total £1000 required deposit for a full reservation unless you are using Help to Buy where the deposit will remain £500.  **The £500 vouchers will be available within 14 days of legal completion and are not redeemable for cash and a contractual exchange must have taken place with Bewley Homes. Bewley reserves the right to limit the number of Bewley Bonds at any one time. Estate agent fees will be paid up to a maximum of £10,000 including VAT. If your home is currently on the market alternative agreements can be made, please speak to your Sales Executive for more details. The Bewley Bond is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

Part Exchange* On selected homes only. Acceptance is under Bewley Homes discretion and not all properties are suitable. The criteria for Part Exchange is subject to change. Part Exchange is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

Refer a friend* –  *Refer a Friend applications must be authorised PRIOR TO/OR AT THE TIME OF THE NEW RESERVATION with our sales team and the new purchaser by providing this form to us. The referrer must have purchased a new home from Bewley directly within the preceding 5 years. Each payment of £1,000 will be made to each customer directly into their bank, within 28 days from the legal completion having taken place for the referred customer. This payment will not form part of any legal contract. Payment will not be made if legal completion does not take place. Selected plots and developments only.
