Stamp Duty paid. *Only standard stamp duty will be paid to those purchasers, this will not apply to those purchasing additional properties or investors.
Part Exchange* On selected homes only. Acceptance is at our sole discretion and not all properties are suitable. Part Exchange is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
Legal fees paid* - Available when one of Bewley Homes recommended solicitors are used.
Reserve for £500* - Blinds, Carpets, Light fittings and Garden laid to lawn & choice of kitchen & flooring. This is only applicable to two bedroom homes and only on offer for First Time buyers.
Refer a friend* - The refer a friend leaflet must be completed and given to a member of the Bewley sales team to be valid. The £1,000 cannot be exchanged for other goods or cash or be applied retrospectively to the reservation/purchase of a Bewley home. A cheque of £1,000 will be given to both parties will be given after legal completion. Offer cannot be exchanged for a cash value. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please ask your sales executives for more information. The refer a friend offer will only be valid for reservations that have been made after 1st May 2019.

Bewley Bond - Terms and conditions of the Bewley Bond. The Bewley Bond is not offered on all developments and is only available on selected plots and cannot be used on more than one home or multiple sites. We reserve the right to decline reservations on the Bewley Bond scheme where the home of choice is due to be finished before 6 months from reservation. New valuations by 3 estate agents are required on your property within the first 5 days following reservation and access must be given. The property will need to be marketed or part exchanged within 10 days from reservation and the selling price must be based on the recommendations of the independent agent reports. Your £500 deposit is fully refundable up until a Bewley contract is issued to your solicitor at which point it will form part of the total £1000 required deposit for a full reservation, unless you are using Help to Buy where the deposit will remain £500. **The £500 vouchers will be available within 14 days of legal completion and are not redeemable for cash and a contractual exchange must have taken place with Bewley Homes. Bewley reserves the right to limit the number of Bewley Bonds at any one time. Estate agent fees will be paid up to a maximum if £10,000 including VAT. If your home is currently on the market alternative agreements can be made, please speak to your Sales Executive for more details.
