Construction work on a new housing site in the village of Send in Surrey is starting to take shape as Bewley Homes continues to make progress on its impressive Clockbarn Gardens development.
Named after the previous nursery, Clockbarn Gardens is a stylish collection of 75 two, three and four bedroom homes on Tannery Lane. Set in rural countryside but close to the village high street, the development offers peace and quiet, is within easy reach of wonderful local amenities and good schools.
Bewley Homes is already developing an infrastructure for its much-anticipated new community, including laying new roads. Soon, the construction team will complete its first show house, with the new home’s first floor already complete.
Marketeers and an interior designer from Bewley Homes were on hand to meet site manager Mark Wood to view progress prior to the upcoming launch.
House hunters are being urged to register their interest to avoid disappointment of missing out on their preferred plot.
Elaine Stratford, sales and marketing director at Bewley Homes, said: “This is an exciting stage of the development – with the first signs of new homes here beginning to appear. As you would expect, demand is already high among those wishing to live in Send – but now that the development is progressing, I expect interest to continue rising as people look to buy off-plan.
“I am very much looking forward to showcasing our show home here when we launch this impressive new development.”
Elaine added: “Our architects have been careful to retain the identity of Send within the build. But we have also added our own touch – creating style and space within the attractive surroundings.
“We are making excellent progress here, and I am excited to see the reactions of our first visitors when we launch our show home in the coming months.”
Close to an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Clockbarn Gardens is nestled in the pretty village of Send. It offers the best of both worlds, with beautiful surroundings whilst being just over half an hour from London Waterloo by train from nearby Woking Railway Station.
Bewley Homes recommends interested parties register as soon as possible. From the end of October, buyers can register for their exclusive appointment as Bewley Homes release a small number of viewing slots. Bewley will then send customers an e-voucher which will redeemable against a reservation. These will include incentives such as gardens laid to lawn, carpets and some moving in expenses.
All Bewley Homes’ show home launches are ‘Covid friendly’ with the up most care and attention to customer and staff safety, which also includes receiving a video link before the viewing to demonstrate the viewing process.
