With customers at the heart of its 5 Star Business… Bewley Homes strengthens team

Bewley Homes has promoted Chloe Lyons to Head of Customer Services as the housebuilder further strengthens its internal support team.


Chloe, who joined Bewley in 2020 as Customer Support Manager, has over five years’ experience in the construction sector.


Before joining the award-winning housebuilder, she held customer service management roles at a national plc housebuilder and a registered provider.


Prior to her time in the housing and construction industry, Chloe spent nearly 10 years in front line customer services management roles within the council.


Peter Carpinelli, Operations Director at Bewley Homes, said: “We are delighted to promote Chloe to Head of Customer Services. She has been with us for over two and a half years and continues, together with the support of her immediate team members, to contribute significantly and positively to the business maintaining the company’s high levels of customer service, 5 star Customer Satisfaction rating and enviable NPS score.”

Bewley Homes has achieved a GOLD award for customer satisfaction for the fifth year running. The award is accredited to companies that have achieved a customer recommendation score of 90% or above, based on direct feedback from customers. The company scored 93%, placing it in the top five housebuilders in the country.
