As personal trainers, Tash Smith and partner Philip Starnowski know a thing or two about size and proportions, so were very impressed with Bewley’s house specifications.
The couple, who have moved into a £715,000 three-bedroom semi-detached home at Bewley Homes’ flagship development in Beaconsfield, remember their first impressions when they visited Wilton Park.
Tash, 24, explained: “It was the show home that really sold it to us. We didn’t see the actual house we would buy until later, but the show house was beautiful, and we were impressed with the size of the rooms. We instantly fell in love with the modern design and period look, as well as Bewley’s plans to create a community hub with grounds to walk around.”
Philip,36, added: “The high ceilings throughout our house, the attractive panelling on the doors, and the beautifully designed large window in the living room makes the property feel very light and airy. From the outside, the street scene looks really impressive and creates the impression of having been there a long time with a very welcoming established feel.
“We love living at Wilton Park and we couldn’t be happier. We get on with all the neighbours in our road. It already feels like a friendly community. As personal trainers, to have all the outside space for walks and runs is just the perfect lifestyle for us.”
The couple moved from a flat in Northwood and wanted to take the next steps to one day starting a family. Tash added: “Wilton Park is a lovely place to live, and Beaconsfield is a town that has a lot to offer. There are so m any coffee shops, restaurants and great connectivity via the motorway for our commute to David Lloyd in Northwood. It feels like an ideal environment to raise a young family with excellent schools, amenities and green spaces all outside our front door.”
“There’s no road noise but we benefit from easy access for work; yet we’re close enough to walk into the main centre of Beaconsfield, which means it’s perfect for our fitness activities, going out to eat and spending time with friends,” added Philip.
Bewley Homes’ Sales and Marketing Director, Elaine Stratford, commented: “When I drive into Wilton Park there is a real community feeling. Fabulous street scenes, surrounded by green open spaces and a woodland trail now opened up in recent months.
“Lifestyle, fitness and mental health are a huge part of our lives these days and creating homes where everything is on the doorstep is very compelling. Our customers love the fact they can walk to their parent’s home when they live on the same development, or to the nursery two minutes away without having to take the car, play football on the park, take a walk in the woods as well as look forward to the forthcoming café and community hub. The list goes on.”
Elaine added: “We have many types of buyers here. However, there is one clear element of synergy to them all; they all bought into a quality, Grade A location and our five star customer service. But more than that, a wonderful place to truly live and make into their personal home for years to come.”
Wilton Park is attracting a wide range of buyers – from families, downsizers, first time buyers moving out of London, and couples planning to have a family, who all see the fantastic lifestyle this exclusive development offers.
