The wait for one of the most eagerly anticipated new housing developments is almost over. Buyers looking to reserve a new home at Wilton Park in Beaconsfield will soon be able to meet the sales team and view the stunning three-bedroom show homes.
The launch date for the first phase of the prestigious development is Friday 28 January and such is the demand for a new home at Wilton Park, prospective buyers are being advised that they will need to make an appointment to avoid disappointment.
The first phase will consist of two, three and four-bedroom homes and apartments, totalling 95 in all – with Hamptons estate agents who will be working with Bewley on the project, calling it ‘an impressive collection of neoclassical styled homes in a beautiful setting’.
Each home at Wilton Park will have underfloor heating on the ground floor, bifold doors leading to gardens, a premium kitchen with a choice of shaker or slab style contemporary finishes, recessed lighting and Smeg appliances. Electric vehicle charging points will be installed on a select number of houses.
Elaine Stratford, Sales and Marketing Director at Bewley Homes, said: “We are looking forward to welcoming our first visitors to Wilton Park. We have two three-bedroom show homes which enable us to demonstrate how easily the style and placement of furnishings can change the feel of a new home.”
Elaine added: “At Bewley, every customer is very important to us – we welcome those with homes yet to be sold and can offer a range of services to assist. With so much to offer here in a wonderful location, this is a project we are all excited about and very pleased to be a part of.”
Future residents will also benefit from open spaces and cycle routes as well as Beaconsfield’s excellent transport links, with train journeys to London Marylebone taking as little as 23 minutes and easy access to junction 2 of the M40 motorway.
After the show home launch, Bewley will be offering its successful ‘Bewley Bond’ Scheme which allows customers to reserve their dream home far sooner than they might thought, often leading to a stress-free buying process.
