Primary school children take on VIP role for show home opening!

7 Feb 2024

Pupils from Loxwood Primary School have cut the ribbon to officially open two new show homes at Bewley Homes’ much anticipated development at Willow Fields in Alfold.

Sophie, Elsie and Felicity won a site safety poster campaign organised by Bewley and were also shown around the development which comprises 80 two, three and four-bedroom homes, with designs taken from the award-winning housebuilder’s acclaimed Garden Village Collection.

The two stunning show homes are now open for prospective buyers to view and Bewley has already taken three reservations during the opening weekend reinforcing the demand for new homes in the area. The four-bedroom Marlborough show home features an open plan kitchen/diner with patio doors leading to the garden, a good-sized separate lounge, a utility room and an office, as well as good-sized bedrooms.

Willow Fields has been carefully considered to blend seamlessly into the existing landscape, with meticulous attention to detail in architectural design and landscaping. The new development will not only boast low-maintenance new homes but also provide open spaces, amidst a tree-lined rural setting, to maintain the area’s natural beauty and charm.

Head of Sales at Bewley Homes, Brett Reeves, commented: “We were delighted that pupils from Loxwood Primary School accepted our invitation to be our VIPs and launch our show home. It was lovely to hear their positive feedback.

“We are expecting our homes to appeal to a wide range of prospective buyers. Our Five Star rating for customer service, our Trust Pilot scores and many customer testimonials give any potential customer a fabulous representation of how our homeowners feel about their home purchase with Bewley.”

Elaine Stratford, Sales and Marketing Director at Bewley Homes, said: “This is another prime location for our Garden Village Collection of homes. Willow Fields has a lovely rural feel and yet is convenient for travel to the nearby major towns on good road networks. Meeting with local schools and their pupils is also a key part of our community engagement programme. It is lovely to see future homeowners giving their feedback on our new homes and interior furnishings too.”

Elaine added: “At Bewley, every customer is very important to us – we welcome those with homes yet to be sold and can offer a range of services to assist including our popular Bewley Bond.”

Headteacher at Loxwood Primary School, Fi Dowley, said: “It was really interesting to be shown around the show homes and hear how a new development is built. The children loved being VIPs for the afternoon and our thanks to Bewley for organising the competition and allowing us to visit.”

The impressive homes offer the best of village life within easy reach of London and close to Cranleigh, Horsham and Guildford.
