Robert Courts, MP, has given Bewley Homes’ latest show home at Marlborough Gardens a ringing endorsement after he officially opened the exclusive development in North Leigh.
The MP for Witney & West Oxfordshire praised Bewley’s new development for its strong affordable element for local people, and for the fact that 75% of workers on site are local to the area.
Marlborough Gardens has already attracted a great deal of interest from prospective buyers with eight homes reserved in the last two weeks.
The mix of 50 homes at Marlborough Gardens includes two, three, four and five bedroom properties with prices ranging from £450,000 to £705,000.
Robert said: “I was particularly impressed with the show home which is impeccably designed and highlights how this new development will compliment its surroundings while providing much needed homes for local people.”
Over 40 per cent of the homes will be affordable which Robert was also delighted to see. He added: “I’m pleased to see much needed, quality new homes being built in North Leigh, especially the affordable element for local people. The detail and design of every property within Bewley’s Garden Village Collection is created to blend in with the surrounding local architecture. At Marlborough Gardens the homes have been built in a traditional style with elegant features including bay windows, reconstituted stone and brick quoining.
Key elements of a Bewley home are the focus on space, layout and ‘hub’ living which focuses on maximising the lifestyle for customers.
Marlborough Gardens is the latest Garden Village Collection development from the housebuilder and Operations Director Peter Carpinelli showed Robert around the elegant four bedroom show home.
