Robert Courts, MP for Witney & West Oxfordshire, joined Bewley Homes’ Managing Director Andrew Brooks to officially start construction at the housebuilder’s new development at North Leigh in Oxfordshire.
With strong family ties in the housebuilding sector, Robert was very interested to spend time on the site and discuss the importance of building new homes for local people.
Nestled in the pretty village of North Leigh, Marlborough Gardens is a collection of fifty 2,3,4 and 5 bedroom homes set in a semi rural location and will offer 40 per cent affordable homes on the site.
Andrew Brooks, Managing Director at Bewley Homes, said: “I was delighted to show Robert around the site and showcase what a fantastic development this will be at Marlborough Gardens. He was genuinely interested in building quality new homes in the area.”
