The Mayor of Beaconsfield, Councillor Jackson Ng, has officially launched The Regal Collection, the eagerly awaited phase two of Bewley Homes’ flagship development at Wilton Park in Beaconsfield.
The mayor was joined by Managing Director, Andrew Brooks, and pupils from First Place Nursery who helped at the ceremony to officially open the four-bedroom Buckingham show home which features a stunning separate first floor studio with double garage.
The Regal Collection was named to celebrate the King’s Coronation and marks an exciting new phase of the Wilton Park community, offering buyers a wide range of choice of home and an unrivalled living experience.
Wilton Park has been inspired by the heritage of its parkland setting and its location on the edge of Beaconsfield – often named one of Britain’s most attractive market towns and one of the best places to live.
Nestled amidst the natural beauty of its woodlands setting, the development harmoniously blends Georgian architectural elegance with modern comforts and flexible living creating an exceptional residential haven.
Following on from a successful first phase, which has sold very well, the new phase features three, four and five-bedroom homes, some of which feature separate studio accommodation.
Buyers on phase one have been impressed with the contemporary and elegant range of specification to every home including high ceilings, underfloor heating and Smeg appliance as well as low maintenance, energy efficient living with access to acres of open spaces.
The development itself will soon offer a host of new facilities on site, including a nursery school, community hub, café, play areas, interconnected green spaces, integral cycle ways and pedestrian links together with woodland walks to create an enviable new community.
Bewley Homes’ Managing Director, Andrew Brooks, said: “We are delighted to welcome the new mayor to our flagship development at Wilton Park and ask him to open the new show home. The response and feedback from customers, on the opening weekend, have been very encouraging.
With the new homes now being launched it’s the perfect opportunity for house hunters, looking for a Beaconsfield address, to view the style and quality being built by Bewley Homes.
Elaine Stratford, Sales and Marketing Director at Bewley Homes, added: “Wilton Park is already described as Beaconsfield’s latest sought-after address. This is a fantastic location within easy reach of the M40/M25 network and the New Town Station for fast access into London Marylebone. Shopping, cafes and sports amenities are close at hand, along with specialist and branded boutiques.”
Elaine added: “The Regal Collection represents the next chapter in our commitment to providing a fantastic range of new homes which will immediately blend into the vernacular of this historic town, whilst also providing the latest in modern technology, contemporary designs and high level of appliances and fixtures. These new properties extend our range in sizes with prices up to just under £2m.”
Councillor Jackson Ng, Mayor of Beaconsfield, added: “I was delighted to have been asked to officially open the new show home at Wilton Park. I was impressed by both the quality and the setting of the homes within their surroundings.”
Future residents will also benefit from open spaces and cycle routes as well as Beaconsfield’s excellent transport links, with train journeys to London Marylebone taking as little as 23 minutes and easy access to junction two of the M40 motorway.
House hunters looking to make Wilton Park their new home now have the first opportunity to see the style and quality being built by Bewley Homes. Demand for the new homes on the outskirts of the old town has been very high, and prospective buyers are being urged to make an appointment if they would like to come along and view the homes.
About the new show home: The Buckingham
The Buckingham has immediate ‘kerb appeal’ with its grand columns at the entrance, wide fronted elevations, splayed brick solider course detailing to windows, black railings above a walled front garden and dormer windows to them second floor.
In addition, there is a stunning self-contained studio which has been created above the double garage, with access via stairs from the garden. The studio has been designed to be multipurpose. With its own shower room and kitchenette, it works as a spacious office, or just as well as a separate studio apartment for a live-in nanny or semi-permanent guest. The lounge area allows space for a day bed and large TV. Fitness gurus may equally see this space as an office and gym or a place to go and unwind.
Phase two at Wilton Park in Beaconsfield, one of the most eagerly awaited new residential developments in the south of England, is now open for viewing.
