Lakeside Primary School children give the regal touch to Bewley’s Monarch’s Grove Show Home in Deepcut

9 Jul 2024

Bewley Homes has given the honour of officially opening its stunning new show home in Deepcut to three children from the local primary school.

Bewley challenged pupils from Lakeside Primary School to design ‘Prince and Princess’ themed bedrooms for the show home at Monarch’s Grove, a development of 65 new homes at Frimhurst Farm in the village.

Sara Farnhan, Olivia Elsom and Mia Tier won the competition and were invited by the award winning housebuilder as VIPs to cut the ribbon and see their designs in the show home.

The initiative celebrates the royal connection of the development, named in honour of King Charles III’s coronation last year.

Bewley Homes has long been committed to fostering community engagement and supporting local talent where it builds its developments. Partnering with Lakeside Primary School for Monarch’s Grove provided an opportunity to showcase the imagination of the young people in Deepcut.

Sam Armstrong, Head Teacher at Lakeside Primary School expressed her enthusiasm for the initiative, commenting: “Our pupils really enjoyed this exciting design project with Bewley Homes. It’s been lovely to visit the development and see the fabulous new show home. I know the children loved the visit and it made them feel very special.”

Elaine Stratford, Sales and Marketing Director at Bewley Homes, added: “The designs from the children at Lakeside Primary School added a regal touch to the children’s rooms in the show home. It was lovely to show Mia, Sara and Olivia around with their parents and give them the full VIP treatment.”

Elaine added: “We are thrilled our show home in Deepcut is now officially open and we are already seeing a great deal of interest with nine reservations already taken. With its idyllic location, exceptional design, and premium amenities, this development offers a truly unmatched lifestyle experience. Buyers will benefit from a rural location that offers stunning walks alongside the canal and surrounding woodland.

“We are expecting our homes to appeal to a wide range of home movers and our 5 star rating for customer service, our Trust Pilot scores and many customer testimonials, give any potential buyer a fabulous representation of how our homeowners feel about their home purchase with Bewley.”

Prospective buyers can now visit The Labourne, one of the largest homes in Bewley’s Garden Village Collection, boasting five bedrooms and an exceptional amount of living space. The ground floor comprises a stunning kitchen that opens across into the dining and family area, as well as featuring two sets of French doors onto the garden.

Bewley has designed the kitchen/dining room as a hub space, making it an excellent area to relax, cook, make the most of family time and entertain friends. The ground floor also boasts a separate utility room, living room, downstairs cloakroom and study making it the perfect family home for modern living.

Nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Deepcut village next to Basingstoke Canal, Monarch’s Grove offers the perfect blend of modern living and natural beauty.
