It was an easy decision for a young family when they viewed the show home at Wilton Park in Beaconsfield

When it came to buying a property, Helen and Maciek Krychowski had never contemplated buying a new build. That all changed when they read about Bewley Homes’ Wilton Park development in Beaconsfield.

The couple were living in a Victorian property outside of town with their 18-month old and fed-up with the lack of space and growing list of works that needed to be completed in their old house.

Helen remembers the frustration. She recalled: “Things were always going wrong and our free time was spent fixing the house instead of spending quality time together as a family.”

They set out to try and find another old character home but couldn’t find anything that didn’t need a lot of work which was just not practical with a toddler.

Helen had heard good reviews about Wilton Park and managed to persuade Maciek to visit the show home. Their reaction was unanimous, and they immediately fell in love with a three-bedroom Knightsbridge home priced at £885,000.

Helen said: “We both looked at each other and knew it was right. It felt like home immediately. It’s so spacious. Our son now has a bedroom at least twice the size as the one before. It’s great that the kitchen is so big that he can have a play area there and our lounge is no longer covered in Lego and toys – we have tidy area just for grown-ups!”

Maciek added: “The sales team were so helpful throughout the process and made it so easy for us, which is so important when you have a small child and a dog. The move was easy. We just had to unpack boxes and we felt at home within a few hours.

“My commute to the city is a breeze now with trains into Marylebone taking less than 20 minutes and good road connections everywhere I need to drive.”

Helen added: “We love living here. My son has settled in immediately. There is a nursery just a few minutes’ walk away and a play park. Wilton Park really does offer us a lovely lifestyle without the need to get into our car.

“The other big plus is our much-loved dog Gizmo, has really come out of his shell since we moved here. He loves all the builders and wants to have a chat with everyone when they pass by our house!”

Elaine Stratford, Sales and Marketing Director at Bewley Homes, added: “We are delighted that the Krychowski family have settled so well at Wilton Park. We encourage anyone looking for a new home in Beaconsfield to pay us a visit to really understand the lifestyle that Wilton Park has to offer.”

The prime location at Wilton Park offers an excellent lifestyle with restaurants, cafés and shops, and outstanding state and independent schools. Importantly, the development also offers a host of new facilities on site including a nursery school, community hub, café, play areas, interconnected green spaces, integral cycle ways and pedestrian links.
