Hard work really does pay off as 22-year-old Angus Rissone will testify. He will soon be the proud owner of his own home having saved for a deposit ever since he started working.
Angus, who has been working as a sub-contractor at Bewley Homes’ Bellmount View since the start of construction, had his eye on a Carswell, a three-bedroom chalet style house type, which will give him stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
Having worked in the building industry since he was 17, Angus has been working on sites for five years and was immediately impressed with the quality of a Bewley home.
“I know the quality of the Bewley build at Bellmount View which is the best I’ve seen. I have been saving for a deposit to buy a house for five years and all the hard work has paid off.
“I fell in love with the Carswell as soon as I saw the plans. It’s full of character, is in a great location in the development and has a lovely balcony. I can picture myself relaxing in the summer, enjoying a gin and tonic after work, whilst taking in the amazing views.”
He added: “I’ve been telling everyone about Bellmount View. Even my parents have come to look at buying a house here too!”
Elaine Stratford, Sales and Marketing Director at Bewley Homes, said: “We are all delighted for Angus and it does show how hard work really does pay off.
“We have a unique opportunity for buyers at the moment. We are building a number of Carswells, that Angus has fallen in love with. They are designed and built in a crescent which will offer spectacular views.
“This is a chalet style house that’s totally different to anything else other developers build and we urge prospective viewers to come and view our show home to really understand what Bellmount View has to offer.”
Bewley offers a number of moving schemes including part exchange and the Bewley Bond which enables customers to take up to 12 weeks to find a buyer whilst securing their plot of choice at point of reservation.
