A new show home and marketing suite at Bewley Homes’ Canterbury Gardens in Oakley are set to open their doors to the public on Saturday 25th January.
The four-bedroom show home is available to view from Thursday to Monday, 11am to 5pm, by popping into the marketing suite to speak to the dedicated sales team.
There are just 29 properties of two, three, four and five bedrooms at Canterbury Gardens, which also offers dedicated open spaces and children’s play areas. The development is Bewley’s third collection of homes in Hampshire, joining Centenary Fields in Bramley and Watership Place in Whitchurch.
Two bedroom homes at Canterbury Gardens start at £335,000, three bedrooms at £460,000, four bedrooms at £515,000 and five bedrooms at £765,000. A reservation has already been taken from one eager buyer.
Canterbury Gardens was named after an Oakley-born Archbishop, William Warham, who served during the reign of kings Henry VII and VIII. Warham was a key figure in both the law and the church, serving as Bishop of London, Lord Chancellor and Archbishop of Canterbury during his eminent career.
Bewley Homes’ Sales and Marketing Director Elaine Stratford said: “We are extremely proud of our new development in Oakley, which was unveiled in the autumn ahead of our show home launch due to demand.
“Each of the properties has its own external character so the development is as appealing as possible; inside, there are flexible living spaces so homeowners can create the environment that’s just right for them. The houses have been built using the latest energy efficient techniques, and they all benefit from a ten-year warranty giving our customers the utmost peace of mind.”
She added: “We currently have a fantastic incentive package worth £10,000 and also offer part exchange and Help to Buy.”
Purchasers at Canterbury Gardens will be able to take advantage of the Bewley Bond. This initiative is aimed at helping customers reserve a new property months ahead of schedule, minimising the stress of the moving process. Amongst other incentives, the buyer will be able to reserve their new home for just £500 and receive up to £1,000 plus VAT towards legal fees. Meanwhile, they’ll benefit from £500 in vouchers with which they can personalise their new home.
