Equestrian Walk set to officially launch to the public

28 Jan 2020

Bewley Homes is gearing up for an influx of visitors to its new Equestrian Walk development in Arborfield, with a show home and marketing suite launching on Saturday, February 1.

Part of the wider Arborfield Green garden village, this new collection of homes from the design-led developer is comprised of two bedroom apartments and two, three and four bedroom houses. Doors to the marketing suite will open at 11am, with no appointment necessary.

Equestrian Walk is named in honour of a former hospital for injured horses, which stood on the site of Arborfield Garrison and which treated thousands of the animals during the First World War. Today, the garden village features its own community centre, secondary school, leisure centre and nearly 100 acres of open green space.

Bewley Homes’ Sales and Marketing Director Elaine Stratford said: “We can’t wait to show house hunters around the new show home at Equestrian Walk when it launches in February.

“The new homes here have been carefully crafted to offer everything a buyer could need from a property, whether they be a single first time buyer, a growing family or a couple who are downsizing after retirement.”

Bewley’s sales team will be able to advise prospective buyers on schemes such as Help to Buy, Part Exchange and Assisted Move, along with the new Bewley Bond. This initiative is aimed at helping customers reserve a new property months ahead of schedule, minimising the stress of the moving process.

Amongst other incentives, the buyer will be able to reserve their new home for just £500 and receive up to £1,000 plus VAT towards legal fees. Meanwhile, they’ll benefit from £500 in vouchers with which they can personalise their new home.
