15 Jan 2020

Bewley Homes’ latest development in Hersham, Elizabeth Park, is launching this Saturday with the opening of an exquisite three-bedroom show home and marketing suite for prospective buyers.

The show home will then be available to view daily from 11am to 5pm, all you need to do is contact the team to book and appointment. The sales team will be on hand to answer any questions, and advise visitors about schemes including Help to Buy, Part Exchange and Assisted Move.

Elizabeth Park is a collection of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes. Its sister development in Hersham, Jubilee Meadows, proved to be extremely popular, and is now fully occupied by happy buyers who appreciate its picturesque location and convenient amenities. Central London is just 20 minutes away by train from nearby Walton-on-Thames station, making the development ideal for commuters to the capital.

Bewley’s Sales and Marketing Director Elaine Stratford said: “A huge amount of hard work, care and consideration has gone into the creation of the homes at Elizabeth Park. It’s fantastic to see this culminate in the launch of the show home and the marketing suite. We’re sure that prospective buyers will be delighted with the finished result, and we anticipate a huge level of interest in the coming weeks.”

She added: “Paying a visit to the show house is an ideal way to get a feel for life at Elizabeth Park, which was named in honour of the Queen.”

Purchasers at Elizabeth Park will be able to take advantage of the Bewley Bond. This initiative is aimed at helping customers reserve a new property months ahead of schedule, minimising the stress of the moving process. Amongst other incentives, the buyer will be able to reserve their new home for just £500 and receive up to £1,000 plus VAT towards legal fees. Meanwhile, they’ll benefit from £500 in vouchers with which they can personalise their new home.
