Bewley Homes’ Managing Director, Andrew Brooks, was joined by David Johnston, MP, at the housebuilder’s new development at Faringdon in Oxfordshire.

The MP for Wantage and Didcot symbolically put a spade in the ground to officially start construction of 190 homes.

Bellmount View is a collection of 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes located in the historic area of Faringdon and will boast spectacular views of rolling countryside.

Award-winning Bewley Homes has a 30 year history for building quality developments all over the home counties that stand the test of time, in terms of character within their settings.

Bewley Homes is providing 67 affordable homes on the site, split between social rent and shared ownership.

Andrew Brooks, Managing Director at Bewley Homes, said: “I was delighted to show David around the site and showcase what a fantastic development this will be at Bellmount. We look forward to inviting him back in Spring for the launch of the show home.”

David Johnston, MP for Wantage and Didcot, added: “I was pleased to visit the site for the new Bewley development in Faringdon and hear about their commitment to providing high-quality homes for local people as well as their track record of maintaining the agreed proportion of affordable homes in each development. I look forward to visiting the show home once it opens in the Spring.”

Due for release in Spring 2021, house hunters in the area are being urged to register their interest now.
