Bewley Homes is busy gearing up to take reservations from Friday 18th February at its latest development in Wickham, Hampshire.
Sales Executive Hollie, who has recently joined Bewley, is no stranger to the area. A keen horse rider, she knows Wickham has a big equine community and has already spoken to many prospective buyers who share her passion and who love the location of the new development.
Bishop’s Gardens will comprise 120 new homes just a stone’s throw from the historic market village of Wickham. The stunning collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes will be set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty within walking distance of the centre.
Hollie said: “I am delighted to be on board at Bewley at this exciting new development in Wickham. We have had some incredible levels of interest already and look forward to releasing our first homes by way of a preview before we open our show home at the development. It’s an ideal opportunity for prospective buyers to reserve their first home ready for first occupations in the summer, and to take advantage of the part exchange and Bewley Bond schemes to make moving just that little bit easier.
“We have strong interest from first time buyers, downsizers, second steppers and families due to the range of homes we are building. Wickham has a real horse loving community and the opportunity to ride in the nearby beautiful countryside is a big plus for buyers.”
Elaine Stratford, Sales and Marketing Director at Bewley Homes, said: “Each time we have a new development I always ask myself, ‘would I live here and why?’. Having visited the site, as the homes are being built and the village of Wickham, the answer was a clear yes. The area feels rural and is really well located for visiting the coast and commuting. The village has an historic and elegant feel about it and I managed to enjoy a coffee and meet some local people too.”
George Long, New Homes Sales Director of Charters Estate Agents, said: “We are delighted to be teaming up with Bewley Homes on another fantastic development. Wickham is a vibrant market village situated in a great part of the county with easy access to the South Downs National Park. Having Hollie in our office is an absolute delight and we are looking forward to welcoming buyers for the launch, which is already proving to be very popular. Charters has an exceptional record of new homes sales locally and we are looking forward working together with Bewley to carve out another great result.”
Bewley Homes has teamed up with Charters Estate Agents and reservations will be taken at its office in Bishop’s Waltham from Friday 11th March. Bewley will be launching its show home and Marketing Suite in April.
