Bewley’s on a five-year Gold run for customer service satisfaction

Bewley Homes has achieved the 2022 GOLD award for customer satisfaction for the fifth year running.

The Gold Award is accredited to companies that achieved a customer recommendation score of 90% or above, based on feedback from customers who legally completed in 2021.

Bewley Homes achieved a recommend score of 93% placing the award-winning housebuilder in the top five per cent in the country for results.

Andrew Brooks, Managing Director at Bewley Homes, said: “The customer service journey has always been high on the company’s agenda.  I know it’s something that everybody within the business not only has a role to play in but also shares the same passion as me.

“The In-house quarterly review measures the company against its peers, and Bewley’s positioning in all categories is something to be proud of. It is also a reflection of how a concerted effort from everybody on the customer journey, can have a huge effect. We will be striving to improve in all areas to continue this level.”
