Bewley steps up to help First Time Buyers “step on the property ladder”

29 Mar 2023

Bewley Homes is hosting a first-time buyer event at its Ash Lodge Park development in Ash, Surrey on Saturday 1 April.

The event, between 10am and 5pm, will showcase the spacious Shaw two-bedroom house type which is a perfect starter home for buyers. An independent financial advisor will be on hand throughout the day to offer mortgage advice.

Bewley is offering buyers a wide number of special and bespoke incentives over the entire weekend – which range from a subsidy towards the first year of mortgage payments, an opportunity to be considered for the 95% mortgage-based Deposit Unlock scheme, a deposit boost incentive, or £10,000 to use as customers choose after completing their purchase.

The company has launched phase five of its popular development and has released its final two-bedroom homes onto the market which are ideal for first time buyers. The Shaw boasts open plan living/dining area with double doors leading onto the garden, a high specification kitchen, en-suite to the master bedroom and two allocated parking spaces.

Perfect for commuters or downsizers, these two-bedroom homes are perfectly located surrounded by beautiful, well-established Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with London Waterloo only 50 minutes from nearby Ash Railway Station and the excellent local amenities.

Elaine Stratford, Sales and Marketing Director, said: “We are looking forward to showcasing our lovely new show home to first time buyers which is ideal for busy people who don’t want the expense and time of renovating a second-hand property.  These incentives are designed to help the buyer depending upon their circumstances and so we have a choice for them, depending upon their purchase needs and ability. So much on offer, it just depends on the needs of each buyer!

“Ash Lodge Park is our flagship development in the area and offers buyers a wonderful place to live with excellent open spaces for dog walking, jogging and cycling, which is close to all amenities and areas of natural beauty.”
