Bewley Homes has pledged a cost-of-living bonus for every member of staff.
The award-winning housebuilder has announced each staff will be paid £200 a month bonus over the next six months, which will equate to an extra £1,200 to the end of the year. This will be reviewed in December.
Andrew Brooks, Managing Director at Bewley Homes, said: “We held our belated Christmas party last week which all the staff enjoyed. But what gave me more pleasure, than finally celebrating this event, was announcing the cost-of-living bonus.
“We strongly feel this is the right thing to do. With inflation, fuel and energy costs rising we felt we needed to go the extra mile and help our team at this difficult time. Feedback has been very positive with staff genuinely delighted we have been able to help cover their extra monthly costs.”
