These strategic land opportunities mark a significant step in the company’s mission to provide high-quality homes for communities across the south of England.
The company has two options of land in a sustainable location on the edge of a large village in Hampshire which is being promoted in the Local Plan and Neighbourhood Plan for up to 275 homes.
In Wiltshire, the company has a land option which will be promoted in the Local Plan and Neighbourhood Plan for approximately 60 homes. The land is located in a sustainable location and again on the edge of a village.
In Oxfordshire, an option has been signed over for 21.9 acres of land in the West Oxfordshire planning district on the edge of a settlement which has great planning prospects.
Over the past year, Bewley Homes has successfully secured a number of prime land opportunities across the south. These acquisitions reflect the company’s dedication to expanding its portfolio and building upon its reputation as a trusted housebuilder.

Bewley’s recent land acquisitions have included a new site near Newbury with outline planning permission, a flag ship residential development for 75 private homes in Ashton Keynes and planning permissions have been granted in Calne, as well two sites in Alfold and Deepcut in Surrey.
