Bewley Homes has exchanged contracts for the purchase of a further 53 homes from Inland Homes at the 100-acre flagship site, Wilton Park, in Beaconsfield.
This follows the purchase of 94 homes from the housebuilder in September, taking Bewley Homes delivery program to 147 homes at the prestigious development.
Inland Homes submitted the reserved matters application for the first two phases in June 2020, which was with was unanimously approved at planning committee in December 2020. The reserve matters is subject to a signed Section 106. Bewley Homes will look to start construction in the Spring.
Wilton Park, described by Savills as ‘one of the best residential development opportunity in southern England’, has an estimated gross development value of £288m.
