Bewley Homes took the opportunity to raise much-needed funds for Sebastian’s Action Trust, one of its chosen charities, over the Easter period.
As well as supplying over 100 mini eggs for a children’s Easter egg hunt, in the beautiful gardens of Popham House in North Waltham, Bewley donated 10 large chocolate eggs which are to be auctioned to help with on-going fundraising.
The charity, located near to the housebuilder’s head office in Hampshire, provides emotional, social, and practical support for children, and their families, with life-threatening or life limiting illnesses – assisting from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond.
Andrew Brooks, Managing Director at Bewley Homes, commented: “We take immense pleasure in being able to support such a worthy and important charity as the Sebastian’s Action Trust. We have a long standing relationship with the organisation which is close to all our hearts at Bewley.”
Nicola Lawrence, Corporate Fundraiser, at Sebastian’s Action Trust, added: “Our thanks to Bewley for this initiative which will enable us to continue to support families in need. Our children will thoroughly enjoy the egg hunt on Sunday.”
