Bewley Homes has further strengthened its marketing team with the appointment of Lucy Gray as Marketing Manager.
Lucy brings over two decades of marketing experience in the property sector. Having started as a Senior Account Manager within a creative marketing agency, in 2002, she progressed her career to board level director at Aylesworth Fleming (now AF Oliver), advising housebuilder clients on the full scope of development marketing and brand strategy.
Lucy transitioned her property career in-house, most recently at Lifestory as Marketing Manager. She has also consulted on some of London’s major landmark developments including Battersea Power Station, South Bank Place and Canary Wharf. Lucy has also worked closely with a number of leading housebuilders including Berkeley Homes, London Square, Taylor Wimpey and Linden Homes to name a few.
Lucy will report to Elaine Stratford, Sales and Marketing Director at Bewley Homes, who said: “Lucy’s experience, project and team management skills fit perfectly with Bewley’s ambitions. We are building a strong marketing team to enable the Bewley brand to lead with confidence, stand strong against its competitors and deliver true to its brand promise. Her broad sector experience and strategic project direction will be crucial to our future growth.”
Elaine added: “Lucy will work within the marketing team, alongside our established sales team, to help achieve planned growth and deliver quality marketing leads to hit ambitious sales targets for this coming financial year and beyond.”
Lucy commented: “I was looking for a new challenge with a trusted, high-end, experienced and well financed housebuilder and I’m delighted to have joined Bewley at this exciting time in its growth.”
