Bewley Homes’ Lancaster Park off to a flying start in Hungerford

27 Jan 2021

Safety first was the order of the day when Bewley Homes decided to move forward with opening the door to its much-awaited Lambourne show home at the new Lancaster Park development in Hungerford.

Whilst Government guidelines mean that interested customers are allowed to visit the development to view the new home, the award-winning housebuilder, celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, wanted to ensure that its safety precautions were top of the list of priorities for customers and colleagues.

Matt Jenkins, Bewley Homes Health & Safety Manager, explained the thorough process. He said: “Our site personnel and contracting companies have been following strict guidelines during the building of our stunning new show home. Our interior designers, signage teams and landscapers have also been strictly monitored ahead of this opening. Our safety measures for customers are equally robust.”

Located south of the main town and surrounded by countryside, Lancaster Park, off Salisbury Road, is a collection of 100 new 3,4, and 5 bedroom homes which will also boast a dedicated landscaped open space and play areas for children.

Prior to visiting the development customers can experience great interaction, online, from the comfort of their own homes where they can access brochures and floor plans.  The team will also be able to answer questions and provide prices.

Appointments will then be offered for a show home visit and, for their ongoing safety and comfort, each customer will receive an exclusive allotted time. Sales office areas are sanitised in between appointments, designated parking is offered and hand sanitisers, masks and gloves are all provided for the visit.

With a range of stunning 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, it is no wonder that Lancaster Park has got off to a flying start with reservations being taken on the opening day. In the first release, four and five-bedroom homes are available, with three and four-bedroom homes coming later.

Elaine Stratford, Sales and Marketing Director at Bewley Homes, commented: “We still find ourselves in unprecedented times and our customers has always been our priority. We want to ensure they have a great experience with us from start to finish.

“Our team carries out most of the interaction online for the convenience of all and then we invite customers, who want to take the next step, for a personal viewing of the show home. In this way, less time is needed at the development for each customer which is appreciated.

Bewley Homes is also recommending customers contact the company to find out about its many helpful schemes and incentives which are designed to make the move easy and just that little bit more tailored to their needs.

Elaine added: “When you really understand the benefits of a brand-new home, you might not ever look at a second-hand property again! With low maintenance, cleverly thought-out living space, gorgeous kitchens, the latest appliances, fitted wardrobes and so much more, you can see why so many people buy new homes every year.”

The construction of Lancaster Park will see links to existing footpaths through the site – with a range of services and facilities within a comfortable walking distance.
