Bewley Homes has appointed Gary Webster as Head of Technical. Gary will be reporting to Craig Ireland, who recently joined the company as Technical Director. Both appointments have been made as the award-winning housebuilder gears up for ongoing expansion.
Gary has worked within the construction industry for more than 20 years. The last 10 years have been as Senior Technical Manager at Barratt Homes where he was involved in a wide range of new home developments and the management of all technical services.
Gary joins Bewley after looking for a new challenge and has been impressed with the proactive approach of the company and its long-term growth plans. He said: “There is an incredible team of talented people at Bewley and I’m looking forward to being involved in its future success.”
Gary added: “The investment in the technical team demonstrates Bewley’s commitment to quality as the company increases the number of homes it builds and the geographical area it now operates.”
Bewley Homes’ Operations Director, Peter Carpinelli, commented that Gary’s appointment further strengthens the technical department. Peter said: “The recent appointment of Craig as Technical Director and Gary as Head of Technical gives Bewley additional expertise and resources in a crucial area of the business.
“Last year we had a record year with turnover almost doubling and the investment in our technical team will be a crucial support to our three-year plan to grow the business.”
