Bewley Homes is further progressing its eco credentials with the help of HBS New Energies. The award-winning housebuilder has selected HBS New Energies as its strategic partner to deliver solar PV systems and electric vehicle charging points across its new developments.

HBS is currently developing several exciting multi-technology low-carbon schemes in collaboration with Bewley Homes. The first of which is Clockbarn Gardens, where its specialist team recently installed roof-integrated solar PV systems alongside EV charging points. The development situated in the village of Send in Surrey is a collection of 75 two, three and four-bedroom homes.

The exclusive agreement will see HBS New Energies provide a cost-effective design, supply and installation service to ensure its housing developments meet all renewable energy and EV charging planning conditions where required.

Simon Taphouse, Commercial Director at Bewley Homes said: We are enjoying a close working relationship with HBS to provide all of our solar PV and EV charge points, taking advantage of the company’s expert technical advice and support.”

Under this strategic partnership, Bewley Homes will benefit from an in-house team of dedicated renewable energy experts who have a proven track record in the new build housing sector. The exclusive agreement offers fixed rates covering a wide range of system types and sizes for solar PV and EV charging points alongside lucrative rebates. This will allow the housebuilder to take control of construction costs when specifying low-carbon technologies, meet project budgets more efficiently and save money.

James Bull, Managing Director, at HBS New Energies commented: “I am delighted that Bewley Homes has selected HBS New Energies as its exclusive partner. Bewley is a long-established housebuilder who is committed to consistently building new homes that combine quality, sustainability and innovation. We look forward to supporting its team for many years to come and help deliver low-carbon, energy-efficient houses through our high-quality solar PV and EV charging systems.”
