Award-winning housebuilder Bewley Homes has entered the prestigious Sunday Times Top Track 250 for the first time in its history.

The league table, sponsored by Grant Thornton, ranks Britain’s private mid-market growth companies with the biggest sales. It is compiled by Fast Track and published in the Sunday Times with an awards event in November.

Last year, Bewley Homes designed and built 354 homes across Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Surrey. The company is selling spacious 2,3, 4- and 5-bedroom homes over eight sites with four new sites launching soon.

Led by Managing Director Andrew Brooks, the top-rated housebuilder has ambitions to exceed £150m in sales this year but also has significant growth ambitions over the next three year period.
