Bewley Homes announces latest purchase of 75-acre site near Cotswold Nature Reserve in Ashton Keynes

Premium housebuilder, Bewley Homes, was delighted to announce its completion this week on the purchase of a unique £80million, 75-acre development site, from Acorn Property Group, in the sought-after village of Ashton Keynes within the Cotswold Water Park nature reserve.


There is no doubt that this development affords the company an incredible opportunity to further extend its expansion west of its current area of operation. The 75 private dwellings will be set around two private lakes, open green spaces, and a central courtyard area. With two, three, four and five bedroom terraced and detached homes, bungalows, and Grade II listed buildings which will be refurbished, the comprehensive product range is expected to appeal equally to local Wiltshire buyers and those moving out from London and Oxford or returning to the area.
