The Bewley Homes annual Golf Fundraising Day takes place on Wednesday 13 June at Sandford Springs Hotel & Golf Club near Kingsclere.  Thirty seven teams of golfers are set to play 18 holes of golf with 190 people attending the evening dinner, followed by a raffle and charity auction.

Last year, the event raised over £28,000 and the design led developer is very much hoping the 2018 event will prove to be as successful in raising much needed funds for its chosen charities – The Sebastian’s Action Trust which provides emotional, social and practical support for children with life-threatening or life limiting illnesses, and their families, assisting from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond; and Breakthrough Learning, an exciting new charity to help children and adults develop their thinking skills and equip them with the learning skills they need to succeed in the rapidly changing 21st century.

Simon Taphouse, Commercial Director at Bewley Homes, says: “Giving back to the communities in which we live and work is central to our ethos at Bewley Homes and our aim is always to raise money which will be used to help at a local level.”
