BEWLEY HOMES – OUR LATEST CUSTOMER UPDATE January 2021
Firstly, I want to begin by wishing our customers, colleagues and their families a safe and peaceful New Year.
We continue, in 2021, to work in synergy with Government guidelines, and with the protection of our site based teams and our customers, being our absolute and highest priority.
Our sales and marketing suites are open to customers, strictly by appointment, and our initial contact will continue to be by telephone and using on-line systems. This means that we can provide much of the required information ahead of a visit to our show homes. This, we feel, ensures the visit is kept to a sensible timeframe with a pre-booked appointment, enabling our sales areas to be sanitised before and after our each customer visit. Our customers and colleagues must wear masks on arrival at a Bewley development and visitors are limited to two people from one household. Customers will be asked to sanitise their hands, be given gloves for the show home visit and social distancing will be observed. A video is available for customers advising of our on-site visitor policies.
For our site teams and associated contracting companies, the Track and Trace system has proven invaluable, whilst masks, social distancing, hand washing stations and sanitisers are being used across every development.
Our Customer Services team continue to work within the latest guidelines, which enable them to visit the homes of our customers and we are giving priority to essential and emergency work. We must ensure that we keep everyone involved as safe as is possible, and therefore, we have reduced the number of homes any one operative can attend in a day. For ease of contact, customers who require general assistance regarding their Bewley home, may prefer to email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org for non-urgent items and we will endeavour to respond within 7 days. We continue to schedule appointments for reported customer works, although currently due to the safety precautions being taken, our availability may be reduced from our standard working practices and we ask for your patience whilst the current restrictions are in place.
Anyone throughout our teams, our customers or associates, who is displaying symptoms or who has been in contact with anyone who has the Covid virus, will be prohibited from coming onto our developments. If you are moving into a Bewley home, our team is able to offer a remote room by room demonstration using video technology and on your actual day of moving, your new Bewley home will be sanitised and prepared for you with the very warmest of welcomes.
