Today Bewley is one of the best funded property developers in the Country and whilst we are a Public Limited Company (PLC), the key to our success is that we remain independent and create only about 200 new homes every year. We pride ourselves on not being a developer of mass market homes, but rather focus on meeting the demands of people like you, the more discerning buyer. Typically, our homes range in price from £180,000 to around £3.5 million.
